ENQUIRY ON RESULTS (REMARKING YOUR TEST)
You may request an Enquiry on Results (EOR), also called a remark, if you believe there is an error in your score.
You must request a remark within six weeks of your test date. You must make the request by 9am on the deadline date. If the deadline is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, you must make the request by 9am on the Friday before the deadline date.
Your test can only be remarked once.
IELTS tests are highly reliable and errors rarely occur.
Follow the instructions below to have your exam remarked for a fee:
1. Complete the IELTS Enquiry on Results Form

You may choose one or more parts of the test to be remarked: the fees are the same, $120.
2. Submit completed form to ELS via email

What else you should know before requesting an Enquiry on Results (EOR)
Remarking takes 2 to 21 days
Depending on several factors including the number of sections requested for remark.
You will receive an email stating whether your band score has changed
If there is a change, you will be required to return your previously issued Test Report Form before a new one can be issued.
Your EOR fees will be refunded if there is a change.
